Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• Returned with all tags, packaging and accessories included.
• Free from marks, scents, damage or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for covering all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.

Items that are returned worn, damaged, marked, without tags, or outside the 30-day return window may not be accepted.
